About G3 Consulting

Greg Bryant

Founder of G3 Consulting. Former hospital CIO and IT director who spent more than a decade inside health systems before setting out to help rural hospitals stay open.

Why G3

Greg Bryant founded G3 Consulting to help rural hospitals and clinics stay open and keep care in their communities. Before G3, he spent more than ten years inside hospitals as a chief information officer, IT director and EHR analyst. He has sat in the meetings where cash runway, payer denials and system outages collide, and he knows which fixes actually move the numbers.

He has run technology for a public hospital system in the U.S. Virgin Islands, managed information systems across seven Baylor Scott & White locations in Texas, and implemented EHR and revenue cycle systems at a rural hospital in New Mexico and a multi-facility healthcare district in California.

Greg holds a B.S. in Quantitative Finance from The University of Alabama, with a minor in Computer Science. That pairing of finance and technology is the core of how G3 works: find the cash first, then put the right systems and governance in place to keep it.
